Before surgery
This is a middle aged high weight loss patient who did not like how her arms moved. Additionally, she had to wear larger size shirts for her arms to fit in sleeves. Patient had an arm lift, also known as a brachioplasty. The scar is hidden at the underside of the arm.

Patient had an arm lift, also known as a brachioplasty. The scar is hidden at the underside of the arm and extends into the axilla (arm pit) for contour and to prevent pulling and tethering of skin.
